    Q. What exactly is Sculpt-X?

    A. Sculpt-X is our newest service, providing the Sculpt-Xperience in a small class setting. Training in groups gives us the opportunity to share our expert knowledge and experience at a fraction of the price.

    Q. Do you have month-to-month memberships or do I have to commit to a one-year term?

    A. Our low rates on Sculpt-X Fitness Classes are priced for 1-Year commitments, but you can buy a 10-Class Pass too! Personal Training commitments are typically 12 weeks or less.

    Q. How do I pay for my monthly membership?

    A. Sculpt Fitness accepts all major credit cards. When you enroll in Sculpt-X, we require you to put a credit card on file, which will automatically bill on the 1st or 15th of the month for your membership fee. 

    Q. When does it get really crowded?

    A. Thanks to our private training schedule and small class sizes, our facility NEVER crowds!

    Q. Do I need to RSVP for classes?

    A. We appreciate you enrolling in your classes through our MINDBODY Scheduler.  We know sometimes plans can change and you’ll want to get a workout in.  Drop-ins are always welcome, but if we are nearing our small class capacity we might have to limit to those who pre-registered first. As always, you can call ahead if you’re signing up late!

    Q. How do I cancel if my plans change?

    A. You can always use the MINDBODY site or smartphone app to cancel, but if you’re on the road or otherwise keeping your hands busy, call us so we can open the spot for someone else!

    Q. I travel a lot, can I put my membership on hold?

    A. Accounts can definitely be “frozen” for 30-days or longer on a case-by-case basis. If you need to freeze your account, please contact management as early as possible.

    Q. I need to cancel my Sculpt-X membership, what steps do I need to take?

    A. You don’t have to go out of your way to send a letter to some billing company out of state, but for our records we do need you to drop off a quick written note.

    Q. Is there an early termination fee for Sculpt-X?

    A. Our E.T. fee is equal to your next month’s payment. This just covers our planned expenses for the month.

    Q. Are there day passes available for the Sculpt-Xperience?

    A. Absolutely! You can drop into one class for $15, or get an unlimited day pass for $25.

    Q. Can non-members take classes?

    A. We don’t discriminate against non-members. Your friend can definitely tag along!

    Q. Do I have to be a member to work out with one of your trainers?

    A. Memberships are designed to save YOU money, but you can definitely schedule a single training anytime you’d like.
