Sculpt Fitness inspires people to be their best self and sometimes that comes with a little challenge. Rita and the Sculpt Team have created a series of monthly challenges targeting various body parts, starting with the 30-day Squat Challenge. You’ll be surprised at what consistent exercises can do! We encourage challenge participants to take before and after photos to chart progress. An exclusive, private social group is created and our only rule for challenges is that you post everyday to let us know that you finished the required amount for that day!!
