After experiencing a big loss in her life, Katie’s health and fitness took a back seat. She became very underweight and decided it was time to take her life back and feel better. Nutrition sparked Katie’s interest and led her to try a variety of eating styles. After gaining 30 lbs and adapting to a balanced lifestyle approach, Katie began to build her strength and push herself further than she ever had! Katie is a competitive swimmer and has taught many children over the years. She encourages her clients to not only build strength physically, but mentally as well. Overall wellness is never overlooked or left behind. Katie is excited to be joining the SF team and looking forward to continuing her education, knowledge and passion for fitness.
