Joining sculpt fitness was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I have really started to transform my life, my body, and my mind to what I truly want it to be. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support that I get from such an awesome group of trainers. Having a trainer that understands I’m here for much more than to just change my physical appearance has been a breath of fresh air. I can’t say enough good about this place and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!!

I would absolutely recommend Sculpt Fitness, I've worked out with Ben now a number times and love it. His knowledge about fitness and nutrition is impressive and he wants nothing more then help you improve not just in the gym but in life as well. Ben, Jen and the rest of the staff all have very positive attitudes and make you feel comfortable in the gym, there is a wide range of things you can do here also and it never gets boring with Ben around.

I love going to Sculpt. The classes (and other members) are so much fun. The workouts (in class and in personal training sessions) are always challenging, but I've never felt overwhelmed. I'm thrilled with my results and am now kind of addicted!
