Meet Jen Piccolo,
Personal Trainer

Jen joined the Sculpt Fitness team in 2015 as a personal training intern. Since those early days, she has grown as a trainer and coach, earning multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition.

Jen’s own journey began when she changed her own nutrition and exercise habits, ultimately losing over 80lbs. Soon after, she began her education, receiving her first certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

With her strong ability to relate to members and her eagerness for further education, Jen has become a key member of the Sculpt Fitness Team. Her knowledge and skill as a personal trainer ranks among some of the best.

Jen’s clientele tend to gravitate toward her weight loss transformation. With her help, members have changed the definition and perception of “strong” women.
