Krystal 12 Week B&ACongratulations Krystal, our April Member of the Month!

Krystal is a 27 year old mom and works full time, but she still makes time for herself to hit the gym every week. With Jeff as her personal trainer, she has just completed the first 12-weeks of her Transformation, and with a perfect attendance record at Sculpt! Although her progress has been steady, Krystal has maintained motivation and enthusiasm throughout the last few months. Keeping her eye on the prize, she has achieved near perfection in her nutrition and continues to inch closer to goal.

Krystal’s Stats:

Started in January at 34.8% Body Fat
As of 4/18/16 she’s down to 29.8% Body Fat and still losing!

Lost 8.5 lbs of body fat and gained 3lb of lean mass


Krystal’s Day 1 Goal:

Lose 20 pounds by her wedding at the end of August, but ultimately she wanted to be healthy, not just lose weight fast. Krystal no longer feels drained by the afternoon and sleeps well at night. Her new healthy lifestyle has helped her to become stronger inside the gym and out, while collecting the benefits of her newfound wellness!
