SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private Training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health for people of all experience levels.

You’ll get a superior workout experience while building relationships that help to increase personal accountability so you’ll have fun and stick with it. Our semi-private training is sold in 6 week blocks, with two one-hour sessions per week.

Grab three of your friends or co-workers and sign up for a 6-week block at a time convenient for you.

Don’t have a group? Don’t worry! Our groups are capped at 4, so we can team you up with other members that match your goals and schedule!

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Contact us to schedule a short in person or phone consultation so we can evaluate your current goals, physical capabilities, and discuss any conditions or illnesses.
  2. Join an existing group or start your own! You’ll commit to a 6-week training block.
  3. Burn away fat in your trouble spots, build muscle, and see an overall increase in your health!

WHAT IT COSTS

One hour of semi-private training is $35 per person. Our 6-week blocks are $420, less than half the cost of private personal training for the same timeframe – but with the same benefits!
